1987 iroc z28 keeps shutting off

I have a iroc z28 5.0 brand new headers, fuel pump, gas tank, exhaust system. It's turns on then shuts off right after need help!

Scanned it for codes? Checked the fuel pressure? SECURITY light on (not sure if the 87 has VATS, maybe started in 88).

Does it restart immediately after it shuts off, then repeat the cycle? Just runs a few seconds?
