Blizzak DMVI Camaro SS 2011 RS

I'm looking at the Blizzak DMVI snow tire for my Camaro...it currently comes in the rear size of 275/40/20 but not in the front size 245/45/20...they do have a 245/50/20...would it be alright to run the 245/50/20 on the font end without causing any damage?

all its going to do it make it a bit taller. the stock height is 28.68 and the size you will switch to(245/50) is 29.64 " tall. about .48" more of sidewall. use this web site and put in the stock tire size and the new tire size. it will show you the difference. it shouldnt be a big deal. http://www.1010tires.com/TireSizeCal...?action=submit

I think my logic is sound when I say that clearance shouldn't be an issue, considering my car is lowered quite a bit compared to the increase in sidewall height and I am still fine.

However, note that your speed will be slightly off. I know there is a calculator out there somewhere that will tell you how much, but I cannot think of it at the moment.

link in post 2 will show you how much its off. clearance should be fine. my wheels are bigger than stock, in diameter and there is no issues.
