Problems with 2013 Hot Wheels Camaro

Hey Everyone!
Its Postal Dave and Sexy Wifey, we have been having problems with our 2012 Equinox, which had to have the top half of the engine and all four pistons replaced. Now my Beloved 2013 Hot Wheels Camaro 2LT. Took it to the Chevy Dealer (Mike Casstrucci) in Milford, OHIO. They coded it, and it came up as a Mis-Fire on cylinder 3, then disappeared. So the Service Department sent me packing. So when I was Driving home, the Flashing Engine light started malfunctioning again, so I turned around in my Blue Thunder Camaro and now has been sitting inside the Service Bay. They loaned me one of their 2014 Impalas and I have been Camaro-less for about 1 week. So today I find out all they are replacing One Injector on Cylinder 4, I feel all Coil Packs and Spark Plugs should be replaced, it only has 4000 miles on it!! I am going to be Camaro-less to start 2014!!?

I had a cylinder misfire on my 2010 2LT. In my case it only did it once, and the dealer did a computer update. Sorry that yours was more serious.

Sorry to hear about that! Let us know how your Camaro operates as you continue to drive it after having service done.

Well William!
Everything seems to be running top notch, but I am afraid to get on it, and have another failed injector? Thanks for your concern, but I would have enjoyed my 2013 Camaro Hot Wheels Edition more, if the Dealer had listened to me in the first place. Hopefully this will be a great start to 2014!!

Thanks to All Who Cared!!

Signing off..POSTAL DAVE!!!

As long as they replaced what was broken, you will be fine.

Re: Problems with 2013 Hot Wheels Camaro

Well Guys
It seems a lot of my Facebook Friends with V-6 Camaro's are having the same problems. Seems like all the different injectors are either freezing up because of the sub zero temps (Polar Vortex), or the V-6 Camaro's have a faulty lot of injectors? This needs to be addressed by the Quality Control People at Chevy or have all the Injectors replaced on all the V-6 Camaro's. Not just the injectors not working, but the other 5 injectors as well!

As Always The Awesome and Exciting Postal Dave

Did you try gas line antifreeze in the tank? My wife's Traverse just had a frozen sending unit when she was low on gas and it is less than a year old. In this kind of extended extreme weather bad stuff will happen.

Re: Problems with 2013 Hot Wheels Camaro

Hey Everyone!!
Chris and Jason!
Well I'm officially PI$$ED and heading to my Chevy Dealer (Mike Casstrucci in Milford, OHIO) once again! Hopefully Rebecca and or Jim Casstrucci can fix my Engine Warning light problem! I think it might be a gunked up O2 Sensor, but I will get them to see what CODES come up? Number 236 of 263 of my variation of Hot Wheels Camaro 2LT V-6!

Postal Dave Going Postal, Arrggggghh!!
