Factory performance exhaust or aftermarket?

I'm asking the same questions you are. I've done some research using soundclips from camaro5.com
Corsa was recommended to me by some reputable speedshops, due to it's lack of interior drone. The note on all corsa systems is really high though, and the new camaro is no different. Corsa makes the car sound like a ferrarri, not a V8.
I'm steering clear of magnaflow because they have the cheapest system available, and they have a reputation of being obscenely loud. I don't want that, and neither do my neighbors when I'm leaving for work at 5am.
I have ordered the GMPP axleback system through my dealer. It will be sitting in the trunk of my camaro when I take delivery of it next week. That way, I can install it myself, and compare it to the stocker.
Of all the soundclips I've listened too, the stock system has the deepest throatiest note, followed by the GMPP system. Of course, I can't tell volume from a soundclip, but I trust that the GMPP is not going to be obscenely loud. I'll be sure to report my findings in the coming weeks.
