I always thought the front end is wat made that car even though mustangs rarely saw it , I think it looks like some kind of shark or somethin, but yea owl works i guess. Owls destroy their prey....hmmm...camaro vs mustang..

I definitely see a distinctive face in the front end of the new car, but I'm not seeing owl. Whatever it is it looks pissed off, and that is never bad... Alot of cars have a "face" that looks happy or something or just plain frumpy or like a big mouthed bass. This thing looking pissed and really scowling at you from certain angles is great IMO.

Honestly I kinda see the face of a cat on the prowl, dare I say a PANTHER??? (a once potential name for the Camaro for those who don't know)

I agree with Ray86IROC. I love it because it does look pissed off from every angle, especially low light pictures (some pics I took I used no flash). PERFECT in every way. BUILD IT ALREADY!

I don't understand this line of thinking. It doesn't fit with the name or the "concept" (as in idea, not the show car) of Camaro. If Camaro is supposed to be about fun and making friends/building communities, why would you want to look "mean" or "angry"??? I think it should look purposeful, aggressive or athletic and confidant. But NOT angry.

As it is, the concept looks athletic and confidant from the front fender back. The front end, to ME, just looks out of place with the rest of the car.

Re: Why the concept's front end doesn't look right...

If you watch that video of the Camaro Concept designers, they say that they wanted it to look like a bird of prey in front. They specifically mention a hawk. I guess an owl fits that descrption too, but just doesn't sound as cool.

Now that you mention it, I do see a hawk in it. I like!

mean
1. a. Selfish in a petty way; unkind.

2. Ignoble; base: a mean motive.
3. Miserly; stingy.
4. a. Low in quality or grade; inferior.
b. Low in value or amount; paltry
5. Common or poor in appearance; shabby
6. Low in social status; of humble origins.
!!!!!!!!7. Humiliated or ashamed.
8. In poor physical condition; sick or debilitated.
9. Extremely unpleasant or disagreeable

thefreedictionary.com

angry
1 : feeling or showing anger : WRATHFUL
2 a : indicative of or proceeding from anger
b : seeming to show anger or to threaten in an angry manner
3 : painfully inflamed
webster.com

aggressive
1 a : tending toward or exhibiting aggression <aggressive behavior>
b : marked by combative readiness <an aggressive fighter>
2 a : marked by obtrusive energy
b : marked by driving forceful energy or initiative : ENTERPRISING <an aggressive salesman>
3 : strong or emphatic in effect or intent
4 : more severe, intensive, or comprehensive than usual especially in dosage or extent

So... which would you rather have??

There's an incredible difference there. Where anger and meanness seem to indicate a lack of self worth and lack of confidence, aggressiveness seems to indicate the EXACT OPPOSITE. It's the difference between "talking the talk" and "walking the walk".
