Steve and I will be landing around 4:30 pm and staying in Windsor that night. Sunday & Monday night at the host hotel, then Tuesday night back in Windsor. We'll be going with the flow as far as any plans. Whatever our driver (Hawkeye from chirpthird.com) is doing, we'll be doing the same. I believe Possum is staying at Hawkeye's house in Windsor, too.

I didn't realize this. Nobody posted anything about a Saturday reception.
We can always meet up at the host Hotel and go from there
