Since the camaros with the sunroof option use a different roof panel(no reverse mohawk) are the roof panels already stamped out with the opening for the sunroof already there or is there a guy on the line cutting the opening for the sunroof?

The roof panel will come with the hole already in it.

Yup, the system preferences tell the robot (or line worker, etc) which bin to pick the parts from, just like when they install an upgraded radio vs. a standard radio.
