what are the stripe colors going to be?

From the factory, white or cyber grey. However, through the GM Accessories program...other colors including black. I cannot remember the exact colors right now. Someone should chime in.

Can we get rally stripes though? Or just the stripes in the GM Accessories program?

On that note, on the Accessories poster that was posted after Indy it shows 2 schemes... Based on what we've seen is that:

scheme 1: dual stripes on hood and decklid
scheme 2: berger panel painted, hockey sticks
or
scheme 2: berger panel painted, hockey sticks, and single wide stripe on hood/decklid

or something else? Does anybody know?

Can someone clearify something for me? I read on the accessories that you can get two types of stripes, the dual stripes and the rally stripes.

I know that the rally stripes are suppose to be vinyl but what about the dual white or grey stripes? Are they going to be painted on?

I believe the rally stripes are the ones double stripes on the hood and decklid and the dual stripes are the hockey stripes. All will be vinyl. I do like the Berger panel and hope it's available with the rally stripes.

The rally stripes from the factory will be vinyl. I would pay more if they were painted on, I would check that option quickly.

I'll bet the colors available will be Cyber Grey, White, Black, Red, Orange, Silver.

I'd like to see one of the preproduction cars with the factory striping package on it to see what it is really going to look like.

I was seriously considering it but, thinking about them being vinyl, I believe I would rather have some custom work done in a year or so.

I'm sure the aftermarket will have every color imaginable. I, for one, will be buying aftermarket because I want my stripes to extend past the hood and wrap around the mailslot like bumblebee and the concept vert. It seems like the GM stripes end at the hood so they can be used on both V6 and SS models.

I agree, I really like the concept striped that went past the hood and onto the header panel. The stripes that end at the hood edge look unfinished. Kind of puts you in mind of somebody that had their car striped, rearended somebody and was too cheap to get the stripes back on. jmo though
