It isn't mine, I wouldn't do that to a car I own(ed), I'll criticize it if I wish to, and I think it looks sick....not in a flattering way. You can disagree if you wish, though I won't write you a diatribe about how you shouldn't be disagreeing with my opinion because....because........because of something.

Is that ok with you?

And the world will still go around....even for us knuckle-dragging old drag racer types.
I'm with you on this Bob! If someone likes this and wants to do so to their car, so be it. It is absolutely not something I would ever do to one of my vehicles. I dislike vehicles that are raised up too high also, so it's not just this particular look that I don't like. I can appreciate a car lowered a couple of inches or so if it helps the handling and driveability, I just don't like extreme heighth changes in either direction.

It does look like a full size DUB City car. And wasn't Jada the first model company to offer a 1/18 scale 2006 Camaro Concept, or at least, the first "reasonably priced" one that was distributed nationwide via Target/WalMart/etc?

I don't think this particular Camaro has been abused. It's got a single-color paint job, and it isn't a radical shade, either. The bodywork is all pretty much original from what I can tell. It's just had an emblem delete job. The only real mod I can see from the outside is being lowered and a new set of rear wheels. The front wheels even look like the stock set.

Hell, this Camaro will probably live an easier life than any of the hundreds of fifth gens that are going to be taken to the track, tached up to ~5,000 RPM, and dumped off the line, and then speed shifted into every gear. That's the pure definition of abuse right there, but would you consider stripping those owners of their cars?

the front wheels on the first pic are not the same as the 2nd pic.

i agree with you 100%. just because its not what someone would have wanted done to their own car, does not meen that this person did not respect the car or take care of it.

Ah, the second picture is blocked where I work, and I didn't pay that much attention to it when I saw it at home last night. I'll take a peek again this afternoon.

ROFLOL. That's why I want a Vette (substandard interior and all).....for its drag racing prowess!

But its cool - I suppose if you thought I was "open-minded", I'd be worried.

You have yourself a wonderful day!

Bob

And this was taken the other day at a car show.
I think it looks rediculous too. I hate those tall truck? tractor? tires on cars, always have. The shaved door handles, and grill without the bowtie dont look bad.

I like slightly lowered cars. Jasons car to me is stunning. I know the 20's and 30's cars were lowered and channeled. That dont change my opinon of what they decided to do to their car.

You, my friend, are quite incapable of offending me, so have no worries.

And Happy New Year, too!
