Re: Please post your age.

21 years old, graduating from university in April, most likely will have the means to pay for the high end Camaro within 36 months, if not less. Current 97 is getting a little tired so she may need a garage mate to bring her spirits back up.

Sometimes, I love it when I am wrong. This is one of those instances. I didn't expect the age range to be so skewed toward the under 25. That is really good news for this car, because a large part of success for the Camaro will be determinded by how well it is percieved by the younger crowd.

I had thought that the younger crowd had gone to the dark side of imports - preferring the turbo 4 banger over American muscle.

Granted this sampling consists of only about 200, but I'd be very interested in a larger poll, amongst various cross sections.

I agree, those are my thoughts exactly. At first I was a little surprised, but you're right; I think it bodes well for the Camaro of the future, and also perhaps for the younger crowd as well.

Re: Please post your age.

30 in May. Had a '86 V6 T-top a few years ago. sold it to a freind of my step-sons... who totalled it 2 months later.

I am going back to school for auto tech and hope to have a Camaro shortly after its released. The Wife loves the concept. She said and I quote " it looks like that things got huge *****. I love it."

Re: Please post your age.

I'm 35, have a 1977 Trans Am that I've owned for 9 years that is about 90% restored (been holding out for a repro dash pad for like 8 years to complete the interior - new dash pad, front seat covers, package tray and carpet will finish 'er off). I bought a Monte Carlo SS in 2002 when I couldn't find a Camaro equipped the way I wanted it as supplies were getting thin. Now have a 2005 Pontiac Vibe as I have an 11 month old son. By the time the new Camaro hits the streets, he won't be in a car seat or need stroller, pack and play, and the other various and sundry accoutrements needed when transporting a small child anymore and I can go back to a coupe (this is the only 4 door I have ever owned!)

I have seen these kind of age polls on other f-body forums, and on a slew of different Mustang forums as well. There is no shortage of 20-somethings on the domestic internet message boards.

Re: Please post your age.

17. Was 16 when I got my Camaro. Will be buying a new Camaro or slightly used when I graduate college in 2010! GM has perfect timing for me but unfortunately its not out now.
