The quarter mile times listed were something like 12.3. I hope it makes it to production. Maybe I'll be able to afford one before I'm 60. I'm really anticipating seeing how they turn out. I'm sure I'm not alone.

The only true years a Z28 was not available in any form or fashion was 1975 and 1976. That was the worst years for cars
that I personally can remember. Who would want a Z28 that is all show and no go. That was the mid to late 70's. All show and no go.

I can't believe I missed this thread! Great pictures!
I think it's funny that so many of the Camaro5 guys think they might be for production.
Let's just be clear: they're not. Cars built before March 16th will not be sold through regular means. A limited number of them might be auctioned off, but I would guess that most of those cars are destined for EPA testing, crash testing, final validation testing, etc. They're also great practice for the people that work on the line.
