Pics from Oshawa plant

Follow the link to see pics of several different Camaros outside of the plant. Pretty cool.

I'm liking the Red Jewel Tintcoat more & more. With a tan interior and some champagne colored rally stripes (custom, of course), that would be one classy car.

Those Pics are awesome! I can't wait to see car carriers loaded down and heading to the dealers. The excitement is hard to contain!

Very cool. Wonder what they are going to do with all those cars? I guess most maybe dealer demos or are being tested by GM employees. Tomorrow is March 1st, 15 days to production begins!

Pretty cool

I have a feeling, someday future Camaro fans will be remembering these pix the way 3gen fans do now with corresponding factory pix of their cars

These aren't pictures of customer orders yet, those orders don't start production until 3/16, 2 weeks from tomorrow.

Understood - I was speaking more of how generically speaking, 5gen fans think of the cars as 'theirs' and 3gen fans think of all 3gens as 'theirs'...

I JUST saw one tonight driving home from work!!! It was headed west (aka: "south" towards Detroit ) on the 401, only ~5 minutes west of the plant . Of course, I was headed the opposite direction, so only caught a momentary glimpse, but I saw pretty much one of every colour, and more than one with the "hood scoop", so there were some SS's in there .

I'm sure there have been a few like that, but it's the first loaded carrier I've seen .

I'd like to be wherever that truck has to stop later .

The new Camaro is on the cover of one of the major mags this month. I checked it out at the grocery store this evening, but I can't remember the mag. It may have been Motor Trend. The article said it was going to have something like 565 horsepower, and that the 6 speed would top out around 197 mph. Is that true? If so, that's pretty crazy.
