I'm liking the Red Jewel Tintcoat more & more. With a tan interior and some champagne colored rally stripes (custom, of course), that would be one classy car.

I have a feeling, someday future Camaro fans will be remembering these pix the way 3gen fans do now with corresponding factory pix of their cars

It was headed west (aka: "south" towards Detroit 
) on the 401, only ~5 minutes west of the plant 
. Of course, I was headed the opposite direction, so only caught a momentary glimpse, but I saw pretty much one of every colour, and more than one with the "hood scoop", so there were some SS's in there .I'm sure there have been a few like that, but it's the first loaded carrier I've seen
.I'd like to be wherever that truck has to stop later

I JUST saw one tonight driving home from work!!! It was headed west (aka: "south" towards Detroit ) on the 401, only ~5 minutes west of the plant . Of course, I was headed the opposite direction, so only caught a momentary glimpse, but I saw pretty much one of every colour, and more than one with the "hood scoop", so there were some SS's in there .
I'm sure there have been a few like that, but it's the first loaded carrier I've seen.

The new Camaro is on the cover of one of the major mags this month. I checked it out at the grocery store this evening, but I can't remember the mag. It may have been Motor Trend. The article said it was going to have something like 565 horsepower, and that the 6 speed would top out around 197 mph. Is that true? If so, that's pretty crazy.
