Just look at the thread ("Some thoughts on the pictures........") that Scott started . It's currently sitting at 31 pages and 464 posts long!!!

What are we going to do in 6 more days when THE REAL THING is shown, and the pictures CAN be spread around with full support from GM (unlike the "concept" we weren't supposed to see) ??? This place is going to go crazy!!!

I think we're going to need some "organization" to things. Maybe "catagorize" and "sub-catagorize" threads related to "The REAL 2009 Camaro concept!". Like break it down to "The Big Picture (curb appeal of the car)", "Body Shape & Body Lines", "Wheels", "Interior", "Chassis", "Engine", "Driveline", and THEN break those down into POSITIVE comments and NEGATIVE comments threads!!!

And for the "veterans", would you like a "Newbie's Guide to the Camaro" page, and a "No Newbies Allowed" area???

Man, this forum is gonna be a zoo in a few more days!

Honestly, we need to cut back on the snooty stuff somewhat. It's fun to blast a noob occasionally, but postcount and ***** size shouldn't be the criteria by which discussions are based.

Yes, its going to be crazy around here...there's already been a 50% increase in newbies in here since the leak.

However, as annoying as they can be for some of us, newbies are good because they learn and then there's fewer uninformed people out there.

Post count doesn't seem to be a real good thing to go by, because then we'll just have dumb posts everywhere else on the board. I think we just need to deal with them one at a time, and inform them(within reason....there is a search button).

My first car was a '69 camaro and I currently own a pro-street blown '79 malibu which will be for sale this year so I can save up for the next-gen Z/28 (assuming all the hype is true).

I have a 6th sense about the new Camaro and every time I think about the unveiling on Saturday, my hands start sweating and my heart beats a little faster. I absolutely cannot wait for this damn car to come out. I know it's going to be a home run. I can just feel it.

I didn't even mean for this to be another "newbie" thread . My whole point is/was, there is going to be a plethora of verbal diarrhea related to "opinions on the new Camaro" ..... if we managed to post 31 pages in just ONE thread (that was somewhat "official" due to the fact that Scott started it and opened the topic for discussion) related to just a few leaked pictures, that not everybody got to see because they got pulled off so quickly, then just wait 'til there are hundreds of official pics for us to look at and talk about!?

I think I know what I'll be doing with my day off next Monday!! Especially starting ~10:30 am!
