did you guys put down a deposit? If so, how much? Was it refundable?

it is customary for a dealer to take a deposit when ordering. It should be refundable, but those details, including the amount, are set by the dealer.

I work for the dealer so no of course not. I generally don't require a deposit unless you order something wierd.
