Getting the best possible price? Nothing wrong with that way of thinking. whatsoever!

Having looked at the ground effects on the Camaro quite a bit, what exactly are your concerns with the front?

I know why I don't run a racing splitter on my Z06, although I do run all the other lower downforce pieces from the World Challenge bodywork... It would get destroyed on the street in short order. I have toyed with a quick release so I could run in on a roadcourse, remove for the street.

well i do like that it is all functional, i just wonder how far it sticks out more than how low it is. that could be an idea to just put the rear and sides on but i wonder how weird it would look. i am planning on buying the pedders suspension so it is instanty lowered 1 in. after putting that kit on. im still debating wether to just keep a clean looking body and just do suspension and wheels or go a little crazy and do the kit and the dove tail wing.

I personally like the look it add to the car. I am linking to these shots from another forum which illustrate best what the look and statement the kit makes.

Here's a good illustration of the side rocker extensions and rear diffuser:

The front splitter doesn't extend that far, IMO:

I see them

The back looks good! I don't really care for the front, but I don't really like ground effects anyway

What about the rest of the wheel? The rim looks about the same as other wheels.

Jason...were you able to find out any more info on the gauge 4-pack? Thanks

So you are opting for the Intake and exhaust mods? I have heard the shorty headers are pretty nice.

I gotta tell you a funny story...

You have to understand, I enjoy enthusiast car shows. I can have a great time checking out cars on grass or whatever surface.

I have entered my car in cars shows with zero hopes of a trophy. Really, cars are more fun to drive and looking at them is truly good, but second best, IMO.

Anyway.... I went to a Corvette club event which ended with a stay at Chateau Elan, which is a hotel on the Sebring track property.

Every car in the event was entered into a "car show" judged by the staff and employees of the hotel.

No one could be more shocked when my totally unwashed, unwaxed Z06 WON!!!

Why? The comment from the judges was that my Corvette looked like the cars that run in races at Sebring. "It looks like a "Racer's" car was the reason.

It's all a part of the fun. Both camps can learn from the other. Both camps love their cars just as much.

It's all about an open mind and heart. When you do that you really start to learn and teach at the same time.
