Did the price of C&C package go up?

i just did a build on chevy website, and put in the same options i have been for the last few months and the total price came out more then what i always got, i looked at the individual prices and all seemed the same except the connect and convenience pack seemed different in price. was there a change? or am i missing something else here? thanks

Looks like it did. By quite a bit - $295.00. It was $465.00 at launch and is now $765.00 on Build Your Own at www.chevrolet.com/camaro.

Sounds like the backup sensor cost that all new builds are being hit with.

i wonder what the reason to raise the price is, camaro seems to be doing rather well, just another $40 or so bucks added on to a monthly payment, nice

That is exactly what it is. G.M. sent out a notice to dealers a week or so ago.

oh jeez, can i opt my c&c pack out of the backup sensors. even though the rear view is small, i dont think its worth the extra almost 300.

The problem is that while the amount of increase looks correct when compared to the backup sensors, why would the backup sensors be included in C&C- that doesn't make sense. My understanding is that ALL Camaros will now have the backup sensors and it is not a removable option.

The sensors are standard on the 2LT and 2SS only.
