Confused

is thier any way to track my order?
i really have little faith in my dealers updates
they try but just do not get the answer i am looking for (my order event number)

any help would be great

you can track the order by calling the Chevrolet Customer Assistance Center 1-800-222-1020

I feel your frustration. My dealer is the same way. It is like pulling teeth from them to get any correct answers. I end up finding things out on my own. I just wish that they would learn how the ordering process works and actually do what they are supposed to be doing for customers, HELP THEM!

All salesman have access to the order tracking system, unfortunately most don't know how to use it. The general sales manager at my dealership doesn't even know how to look up and check on orders!

When did you order your camaro?

I ordered mine in late Nov., my dealer called me this past Friday to tell me it was scheduled for production on April 14th.
