It is seemingly in some sort of beta or pilot phase, because it is semi-hard to find and seems to come out every few months rather than monthly. When people find them on the shelves, they need to post here where they found them so others can grab a copy.
I am honestly surprised to see a second issue, sometimes things like this don't get the momentum to keep going. So...let's keep it going!

I saw the first one at a Barnes and Noble in Plymouth Meeting, PA in the Metroplex but didn't pick it up the night I saw it. I went back and it was gone
