I loved the "**** on the French" part too... any marketing plan in the states centering on hatred of the French would probably sell a hell of a lot of cars.
BUT...
Let's just not forget that our 4th gens were assembled by our Canadian friends... many of whom speak French and whose allegiances are more inline with Jean Chrétien than George Bush.
Rather ironic, isn't it?

IMO, I think that with a DI 2.0 turbo Cobalt SS, Corvette Z06, and Camaro Z28, they should have an add that says, "Make Way for The Kings".
They could have a picture of the 3 cars going around a track, each taking the corners hard, accellerating, and just dancing around eachother.

The challange thing would have to be a one on one type deal. Having multiple cars racing...eh...
Could do it this way...

And it shhows the cars as they go around the track, and they flashes parts of the RACE models racing around tracks. It would show the drivers winning trophies and doing the whole deal. End of the commercial is the 3 power sliding to a stop, all at an angle, so that ALL three of them are in the shot, and it just goes to black

Just so you guys don't think I ripped that off from CamaroRS's idea above, I am in the process of finding a decal shop that will make me an orange bowtie for my back window, with the line underneath it written in white "It doesn't need a Hemi."

how about a 4th gen giving birth to a 5th gen, the little 5th gen slips out of the hatchback with a little bit of transmission fluid pour onto the ground, and a couple shots of it growing up, maybe a couple burnouts, doughnut, something like that, then show a full grown pissed off car doing a wheelstand.

Chretien has been out for quite some time now. Moreso, the current Prime Minister, Paul Martin, is almost on his way out. As for slogans, I love the "**** on the french" one, however the whole notion of infidelity and attacking its owner probably wouldn't fly with a few crowds, let alone urinating on a nation, unfortunately. how about a commercial with the same guy dodge has climbing all over the new hemi ram, and right as he says oh and its got a hemi, the camaro blasts past his **** knocking his hat off. camera flips around follows the rear of the car as it fades out of sight, and then fades to black. with what someone said above. Camaro. Who needs a hemi?
