Re: 2014 ZL1....in a swimming pool

"I was driving right behind him the whole time," said Brantley. "He lost control, and I think he took his traction control off. And then he just hit the curb, and then went into the fence, and then he hit the pool."
I hope people don't think that it actually happens that way.

Driving along. Noo-ne-nooo...

What's this button for? Hmm..."Traction Control". I wonder what happens when you push it?

*CLICK*

"I was driving right behind him the whole time," said Brantley. "He lost control, and I think he took his traction control off. And then he just floored it, and then he took that corner WAY too fast, and then it got sidesways, and then he freaked out, and then he over-corrected, and then he hit the curb, and then went into the fence, and then he hit the pool. In short, he was an idiot."

Of course, he could have been checking out "swimming car mode". Oh...that was supposed to be "flying car mode".

PTM mode 1 would probably work best in wet conditions.

Amazing how people survived before traction control, I mean are people so stupid they can't figure out the limits of their car and capabilities anymore? I think they drive stupid to begin with and traction control has kept them alive giving them a false sense of their driving abilities. So they think when they turn it off they can drive the same way and then this **** happens.

Gotta love the interview, what if my baby and my baby mamma had been there at the pool? LOL!

Well the video in the link is not working for me.. but the story was really funny, I already heard some other stories like this. Once a pool owner drove his own car in his swimming pool while parking he pushed the speed pedal by mistake.

Did this happen in Faisalabad, Pakistan, where your IP address indicates you live?

They must call the gas pedal the "speed pedal" in Pakistan.
