i would actually like to get a carbon fiber trunk lid, and throw one of thoe wings on my car(for track use only). it looks pretty good. fits the car well. overall look of the car is awesome. i wonder how much the wheels weigh,size and size and brand of tires?

OK....at least someone tried....
Street versons should lose the ricer looking **** (oh sure, track speeds would use it, but let's be serious, only the uber-serious guys would approach speeds requiring that ugly damned thing), blade style would work even at speeds well into the triple digits and look so much better.
HATE black wheels....another ricer left over from when little Johnny painted the steel wheels on mom's hand me down Honda, to try to look less utilitarian...WTH even have specialty wheels if you can't even see the detail? Brushed / anodized aluminum thank you very much.
I'm still waiting to see test results....real weight savings, track results, etc... but it's a step in the right direction.

I love the car. Everything seems to have been well-thought out.
The iced it nicely by going with that satin looking white color.

The car is pretty cool, but the wheels are too big to be useful in the real world. There isn't a decent selection of 20 inch R compound tires.

there are about 6 or so really goood track tires for 20" wheels. the best in my book is the toyo proxes R888. but it also depends on what size(width) you go with. goodyear has the new supercar G:2, Nitto NT05,Dunlop Sp sport 600 dsst ctt, bridgestone potenza re070,kumho ecsta spt.pirelli and michelin also have a great track tire but its pricey, the pirelli corsa system and the michelin sport cup n spec.
i also heard there are alot more track tires coming out end of this year beginning of next, for larger(20") wheels.

All in all that is ok and I still like this car because it is in reality a demonstrator of various parts that you can put onto a Camaro and not a future turnkey race car.

those michelin sport cup n spec and pirelli corsa system tires are pretty much a street legal race tire. since the car is a "track only" car, it should have track only tires. the closest decent price tire, to a track only tire would be the toyo r888 in a 285/35/20. i agree on it being 19" wheels and tires though. i have heard that the reason these wheels were chosen for this concept is because they will be a wheel option for the camaro in the future.
i actually plan on getting 19x10.5 wheels for my car for the track and running toyo r888 295/30/19 all the way around. at least until i can get a trailer and run a true race tire like the hoosier A6
