Painting the RS Tires to match Body Color

Question: The 20" rims for the RS package. Would it be possible(and relatively inexpensive) to get the rims painted to the Body Color of the Camaro? I've seen a few Dodge Chargers that had rims painted to the body color of the car and I personally thought they looked bad ***. However the tires looked more like the two tone 21" rims which would be expensive in their own right and I'm sure getting the tires painted would cost even more. So any comments?

You are talking about painting the TIRES?

Or...

When you say "rim", do you mean "wheel"? Some people paint the "hoop" (rim) but keep the center of the wheel a different color.

I knew I was way too white to say rims.

I'm talking about the metal part of the wheels.

Doing something similar to this:

Technically, I think he means the wheel center, if he is not including the rim/lip/hoop/shell as part of what he is wanting to be painting.

To answer the original question, any body shop or custom paint/hot rod shop should be able to do it but you may need to remove the wheels from the car, and then remove the tires from the wheel and hand them over so they can do it properly.

the way the 20 rs wheels are, its hard to get the look of that civic because there is no lip to the wheel. if the center of the wheels were set in a little more there would be a lip. but since they are flat its probably not going to look too good trying to paint the centers.
