19" cts-v wheels
has anyone tried moutning the stock 19" cts-v wheels on a SS? im wondering how well they work. Their wider than the SS wheels. 255/40/19 front and 285/35/19 rear. they obviously clear the cts-v brakes. and the front rotors are the same as the SS. the only thing is the hub is different in the rear of the SS. but im not sure how it effects the wheel fitment.
im thinking of looking or a set for some track driving. theres a wide range of track and high performance tires for them...more than the SS 20".

Re: 19" cts-v wheels
We are on the same page in so many different ways, it's funny. I have been watching ebay and salvage yard I know of (cleveland pick-a-part) in columbia station. I have not been able to find all 4 rims at one time.
I really wanting to the suspension mods first anyways.
So you are saying the rear rotor studs are a different bolt pattern than the SS?

Based on these two links, they have the same bolt pattern, as long as it is not the 2009 6 lug pattern of the CTS-V

Re: 19" cts-v wheels
no their the same bolt pattern, but the rotors hub was either larger or smaller than the ss. not sure how it would effect the camaro, but i know the rear rotors were not interchangable. the only results i got on a search, were from a guy from another site asking if they would fit. and people responded no. but i dont think anyone has tried.
