Electical supercharger?

Re: Electical supercharger?
If it's the "fan" that goes in your intake and wires to a 12v source, it's beyond a waste of money. However, without seeing said "electrical supercharger", I can only speculate that it is a waste of money. Post a pic or the ad link, and we can verify it :P

I really wish I had one Its been too long, I can't freaking wait any longer. I have been waiting for the perfect income for 2 years now, and still not enough to justify Camaro...Just enough to get by like most people.

changing out mufflers will not add any horsepower. also, there is no such thing as an electric supercharger. the ones that are out there on ebay are a waste of money.
your best bet for picking up a few horsepower would be to get a handheld tuner/dyno tune to remove any torque management that is on the car and add a little bit of timing (if you can get good gas by you) to compliment the CAI that is on your car

Adam...I remember that so clearly, and I was waiting for someone to say it.
To those wondering...back...oh...about 15 years ago on the f-body.org mailing list there was a HUGE discussion on the Decker Charger. Too funny!

This thread attracted me to it like a moth to a flame, just waiting for the chance to scream Deckercharger! Adam beat me to it.
The trouble is that it's worth only 10 - 20 HP and you need to have a really powerful gas powered leaf blower to make it work. You also need to have the guy with the blower run next to your car, or else use lots and lots of duct tape!
