I would love to see it summarize in text everything that comes on specific packages.

There's another bug:

If you pick the 2LT package, then select the RS option, the Wheel selection lets you pick 18 alum and 19 polished. I don't think that's valid.

IF it IS valid to downsize the wheels on the 2LT/RS package, then the bug is that the 20" midnight should be enabled so the user can pick between the 3, rather than being stuck once they select one of the other 2 options.

It's a little more advanced than that.

Both of you, refer to the list of things I'm already planning on doing, in post #1.

See post #7.

Yeah, that's actually the same bug that causes the weirdness when selecting/deselecting the W1H package.

I'm doubting that the Hurst shifter will work with the automatic transmissions.

No kidding, that's why it's listed as a bug in the first post.

A clear notation of what each stripe package actually consists of.

Some of the other "either or" type options might benefit from the same sort of notation.

Otherwise, you almost have to take notes from thread discussions about each option before you use Camarobuilder.

Absolutely awesome that you put this together by the way!

I've been aiming folks from other sites to it (even some very confused salesmen).

Hell of a service to the Camaro Faithful.

Bump!

I have all of the originally planned changes done (except I'm still missing a bunch of prices and RPO codes, and I could use a bunch more pictures). Jason says he thinks he'll have time to get it online sometime tomorrow, at which time it will be at the same URL it is now. (Side note: we all know Jason is a busy guy, so if it doesn't happen tomorrow, please just wait patiently until it does). Your saved configurations will still work.

One thing I didn't do was a loan calculator. There are plenty of those already available online.

We'll post a new thread about it once it's online, and I'll post a link to that thread here and in a couple other related threads as well.

Last chance for more feature requests...

Well I think it would be cool if you could give these values

1/4 mile times
0-60 times
Nubering times
MPG

That change as you pick the V6 or V8 and for the V8 as you pick the Auto or the manual

Also at the final build out I think listing the Invoice next to the MSRP would be real cool. Thanks!

PS: Blade spoiler as an option

I'd love to, but none of those are known yet, especially when I don't know who's driving!

Done (well, it's not "next to" it, but it's there).

I don't control what the options are! I just make it do what GM says you can do.

EDIT: Now I hear that there actually is a blade spoiler as an option. This is news to me. Anybody have a link with info?
