I understand, just selfish reasons. I dont like the sunroof. It just doesnt look right to me. I guess ill have to see one before i buy. Does Fbodfather's have a Sunroof, cause from what I hear his Rally Yellow SS is gonna be in town on Sunday.

While I like my t-tops, a sunroof is much more practical. If you are taking a road trip, and you encounter rain, do you want to stop the car, pop the trunk, run to trunk, run to driver's side, place driver's side t-top, click handle in place, run back to trunk, get pass. side t-top, run to pass. side, place t-top, click handle in place....or would you rather just flip a switch to close the roof, and not have to stop, or get wet?

i'd rather deal with the work cause:
a) it doesn't take that long
b) t-tops>sunroof.

A removable targa roof panel like the C6 would be a better option than a sunroof, but not sure how it would look off and if they would have been able to keep the structure rigid enough.

I just hate to see GM loose any sales to Ford or someone else because someone out there (non enthusiest) "settles" for a Mustang because the newly redesigned one comes in a hard top, glass top (a really cool feature) or the rag top FROM THE GET GO. I understand the money problems, but to throw away sales when you ARE hurting for money? I'm sure there must be some variable that I don't now of that is delaying the convertible to a time of complete uncertainty. Can GM survive until winter of 2011 to produce the convertible? God I hope so. But unfortunately, I won't be waiting that long. I will "settle" for the first 2SS I can get in whatever color I like that week. I'm constantly changing from VR to IOM to ABM.
