Very nice. The SS looks very poised and tossable. The ZR1 just looks and sounds mean! The video is well done.

a word of caution: this is all raw footage -- missing sound in some cases.

Also: Silver SS is a 55% car -- handling has not been dialed in on this car -- and we're still working on exhaust sound -- intent of video is to give you another look at the car in motion......

Would any exhaust mods from the cats back void the warranty on this car?

FWIW, it has been suggested that GM will be offering their own over the counter CAT back system.

No. In order for a part to void a warranty on a car, it has to be the direct cause of a problem. If you pit an exhaust on a car and the electrical system in the HVAC goes south, your warranty shouldn't be voided. Put a supercharger on it and blow a headgasket or bend a rod, then maybe. Every situation is different and shouldn't be assumed the same outcome. Do some looking up on the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.

Chevrolet is getting into the aftermarket game is far from lame, IMO. I think it shows they want us to customize our cars and have fun with them.

if you've read around, you would know that the Magnuson-Moss act hasn't done much if anything for consumers. All it does is point out a technicality but many enthusiasts still have to fight with lawyers ($$$) to get what they want and in the end spend more than it was worth. Check out the corvette, charger and even some of the Ford's boards.
