Re: TransAM version

I like it Niki! Suggestions... replace the lower air extractors with an upper 2nd gen style. Give the nose a 77-78 treatment for the headlights, change the color to white or blue. Subdue that rear spoiler a bit. If you have time, I would really like to see those changes. Still a great job!

Re: TransAM version

Why leave the firebird dead? Why not just get rid of all divisions then. That way only Chevy would survive.

Re: TransAM version

Niki use the 99 GTO wheels they are pure Pontiac.

I don't understand why people have this attitude. There are plenty of people that felt the same way about the Camaro. Its a good thing they didn't get their way.

Re: TransAM version

I like that spoiler alot, It makes the car. That would be a nice add on for the SS Camaro, like the previous 4th gens had.

Re: TransAM version

as far as that car goes... no.

but it DOES go to show how easily the concept could be manipulated to fit the bill, which is a very good thing for the bird guys

I love that pic. I would love it if the camaro itself was available with that hood and spoiler.

Agreed. IMO it doesn't fit to bring back out the Firebird/Trans Am w/ the current direction of Pontiac. Pontiac is trying to get a more upscale image which is more of what the GTO protrays to me... Not that the Camaro won't be a great looking car w/ great quality, but for the direction wanted, the Firebird lowers the image...

Re: TransAM version

I think both cars are beautiful reminds you of the old days when the body styles were similar. I think has done a great job if they bring both cars not just one but both cars back.
