I just sent a couple messages to Jalopnik and Autoblog pointing out that pictures from filming of an upcoming episode of Top Gear season 12 in Bonneville featuring the Corvette ZR-1, the 2009 Cadillac CTS-V, and the Dodge Challenger SRT-8 have also captured what looks to me like the roof line and front fender/wheel of a silver 2010 SS Camaro!



Am I wrong?

For some reason I doubt that GM would give them an unfinished product to test. Too important a show to do that

I got a bit excited when I saw these shots online on my blackberry, where I originally posted this from, but when I got to a computer it was clear it wasn't the Camaro. Actually Ray Wert with Jalopnik emailed me and he thinks it might be an Audi A4, probably a camera chase car. Besides, they probably wouldn't be keeping something like that under wraps on a shoot like this! Again, sorry for being Mr. Excitable.

I doubt that is the Camaro SS because I was told recently it is not yet ready to be tested. Good eye, though.

It might be a g8 gtp if they are testing out all the top domestic models. There is definitely a fender marker. Could be an audi also though in that case or a jetta same thing.

Well, in the second pic, you can see that it has four doors, so it's definitely not a Camaro.

It doesn't look like a G8 to me. Given the group, my guess is Audi S6.
