On my OrderWORKBENCH I have Preliminary Order Detail- Order # N..... Then flipping through the pages, I come upon the Ordered Optionssection. At the end of that is a section labeled "Desired:" Under that column is "WRS: RS Exterior Package".

Does that mean there will possibly be an RS constraint on startup of production?

im not a gm dealer, nor am i a gm builder, so i dont understand how the software works and thusly, cannot tell you yay or nay on your question.

If it is considered "highly desired", I would assume that GM is anticipating a lot of orders coming in that include the RS package. I think, or least hope, that GM learned thei lesson from the launch of the C6 Vette in 2004 for the '05 model. It was a nightmare! Options were on constraint every week for a long time. I followed that car and still do very closely since I actually had one on order in '04 after I sold my '98 Camaro SS, but decided not to purchase it since my wife and I decided to move out of state at that same time.
