If there arent t-tops or a targa, its safe to say that a sun/moon roof is basically a given. I sure dont want a plain hard top. Give me t-tops, a targa, sunroof or whatever. Got to have that open air above you without going the length of getting a vert.

Why is it that people think they will not be able to offer t-tops on this Camaro? I know it has something to do with the sail window.

I voted yes, b/c I want to retain the strength of a hard-top, and not take away from the look. And they have a few configurations they can choose from...G6-style, removeable or even moon roof.(if space permits)

It should definetly be an option to attract more buyers. I would have to see how it looked first to decided if I wanted one.

Aren't we supposed to get more sales than less sales.........I think that a Sunroof option should be available on the coupes and if possible offer a T-Top or Targa Top option as well. Then you could cover many segments and cover tastes of many different people......

Targa Top.

You see, that is a pain in the ***. But on the 4th gen, it's a very quick process - under a minute - about as long as it takes to put the softtop up on a C5. The key is the storage system in the hatch well - no time lost fiddling with storage bags and strapping them down, just drop them in the slot and lock them down.

No sunroofs as standard equipment! That just raises the price I pay.

I just want a hardtop. I can't beleive T-top people would not buy if they can't get them. I really have to question if they are Camaro fans.

I mean whats more important--the Camaro or t-tops?

If its one or the other, sunroof! T-Tops just make the car appear dated and the convenience of having the pushbutton operation of a sunroof would be more appealing to the masses. Nay on targa as well. There should be a hardtop w/sunroof option and a vert.

yeah, I thought that was real slick about the 4th gens. Having had a 3rd gen and that PITA zipper bag, the slots were a nice welcome. As a result, I drove with the tops off more often than I did with the 3rd gen.

I don't know how good it would look, but one could certainly make an argument that the GTO would have sold better if it had a sun/moon roof option. I know that was one of my considerations when I was shopping for GTOs.

Re: So if no T-Tops then how bout....

Don't care as long as there is some kind of an open roof. Conv. is the best but some don't like them. WTF is wrong with those people i don't know. All I am saying is that a panel sunroof like the G6 is a nice option but people like to have fresh air blowing through and have all windows down sometimes. Sales are the most important thing.

honestly, I never take the T-Tops down in my car because its a pain, unless I'm going for a pretty long drive and I KNOW its going to be sunny. They need to come out with automatic T-Tops...I don't understand why that technology couldn't happen...
