Wow, Doug, thanks for coming back to post. The above is interesting to me. I figured Charlie left (and became prominent at GMI) because of the censored-like atmosphere that arose here. Heck, I don't even post/visit here nearly as much as I used to. Would be nice if the reintroduction of the Z28 also rekindled some old-timers' interest in this site.

I doubt it's gonna bring many back. I come back sometimes just when something important happens myself. Seems that many left disgruntled and this place just became so slow. Most of us have nothing to fight for anymore. Until the 6th Gen at least!

Everything is perfect...except the blue. The one true medium blue they had for the 5th gen they canned. Kinetic blue is done after the hot wheels car according to GM's literature.

This car is literally Reuss's baby. And I am not just saying that because he talked about it like a proud father. I heard a story where he went into the studio to review the concept car the performance group put together a couple years ago and he was literally ripping parts off the car and throwing them in a pile. I think he really did want to get rid of the radio too, not just the last speaker.
