Ordering Info!!

Ok....can anybody confirm or deny. I just received word from my Dealership (Connecticut) that there was a owners/managers meeting in New Jersey Yesterday and they said that "Sold ordering" would be starting in a couple of weeks so I should be getting ready (I am #1 on the list). I also asked him how many they would be able to order although I know there are a lot of factors involved.

Ok everybody.....BS or not?

i thought i saw a post another IDL (GM conf call for the dealers) is being done soon. I'm sure thats when they'll be brought up to speed. The 10/13 date is a done deal. It was announced publicly by John Fitz in Indy on Saturday.

Confirmed. The system will be set to accept orders on that date.

I would think that even if the dealer doesn't have the info, if you know what you want, the order can be placed. I am also confident that by that date, the info will be here.

I will be sitting in the chair of my dealership that morning, pen in hand ready to go.

Very cool! Now I just wish the dealers would actually have the information so the dealer and the customers could be on the same page. Hopefully that will happen in the next few days or so.

Will pricing info. be available that day also? I don't dare order something without knowing how much it's going to cost.

Credit money is MUCH tighter now

You guys better have a 700 credit score or better, or a hefty down payment and be able to prove income.

I have some money and good credit.
I got that way by making sure I could afford something before I buy it.

I think what he's saying is that in the current market conditions lenders are tightening their requirements.
