NEWS: Bumblebee's Tarted-Up Camaro Body Spotted Clearly On Transformers 2 Set [Trans
We're already the first to have shown you Bumblebee's newly tarted-up aftermarket look (and again showing off that very newish nose and with Shia ), and now we're getting some better shots of his muscularly-modded bod sitting on the Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen set at White Sands AFB. We already know the look isn't any production trim level Chevy will be offering on the new Chevy Camaro, and thank goodness because it's certainly "special" looking. And — umm — that's really all there is to say about that. If you're interested, Transformers Live has some more galleries of some of the other vehicles (Optimus Prime, Ratchet and Ironhide) over there.

NewsBot justs posts articles it finds on other news sites. This one came from Jalopnik -- it's their opinion that you're referring to.

That nose looks awful. What have they done to our bumble bee. Add a 6 foot tall wing and a muffler that looks like a trash can and it could be the star of the next "Not soo fast, even less furious" movie. How could they do that to bumblebee!

looks alright, its just too bad it couldnt have the halos from the production car. The changes on the car are drastic, but i dont think they stand out enough to make it ricey, so i think they are fine. I like the hood, hate the wheels (i did on the vert too...), but kudos for the red outline bowtie.
and lol at the covered up gto gauges

If this is a way for GM to throw a couple of ideas out to gage reaction for a possible, oh I don't know....let's say Berlinetta ....
The funtional brake ducts I like, they need to be painted the body color though, the use of all that black on the front bumper is a bit much and borders on . Any more black than just the upper & lower grills is "ricey"....just my opinion of course.
Never been a fan of chin spoilers (splitter?) on ANY car.
Wheels can't seem to decide if they want to be black or silver.
Haven't decided on the intake yet. Sometimes it looks a bit wide & chunky, other times I think it looks pretty bad-@ss.
My thoughts above are IF it is a way for GM to test the waters. If not, I'm sure it'll be a cool movie regardless of what "Bumblebee" looks like.
