New Order, Opinons

Hey everyone,

I am like most of you, excited and pumped for the brand-new sexy deviled Camaro to come out in the Spring. But I have already begun asking several dealers about ordering one to try and find the best price possible. I work for a company that gets GM Suppliers price on vehicles, do you think that will apply to the Camaro?

My plans for ordering are :

2010 Camaro 2SS
Inferno Orange/ With Inferno Orange Interior
Black Stripe
RS Package.

I am not done configuring everything I want, so opinons are welcome!

Thank you all!

I saw someone from a Dealership (Classic Chevrolet, TX), might have been on 5thgen.org, post that they would honor GM supplier & employee pricing if GM allows them to. I took from their post that they havent been told what discounts they can apply yet.

Anyway, sounds like a nice car your ordering.

"If GM allows, we will honor Supplier and Employee pricing as well."

Never believe the "if GM allows" GM always allows! Its the dealers that tell you that. Don't flame but... we got one of the first Solstices with an auto with GMS, we were able to get the first Solstice GXP with GMS (ended up not buying it), I got the C6 with GMS... you have to find the right dealer. Just go into the dealer guns blazing. If you are entitled, tell them you won't order if you don't get GMS. With the volitile market now, I think any dealer will just be happy to move a car. It isn't like the dealer loses money on GMS.

I think there are some examples on www.gmsupplierdiscount.com . If I remember it was around $2500 off sticker on a 2009 G8 GT. When I looked to see which cars were included, the only thing for 2009 they listed as exempt was the ZR1. That bodes well.
