The New Green Machine: 2010 Camaro Synergy Green Special Edition
#16
Only a quick shot in the SEMA 2009 film. So if you watch in HD and pause it at 1:48 you will see it. Not the best shot though, but pretty clear. There is also a very clear shot of the green interior in the film as well at 2:12.

time to order
starting on January 15 2010 you can order this car from your dealer !!
From Scott Settlemire:
Good afternoon, Camaro Comrades and Firebird Friends!
We wanted you -- our enthusiasts -- to see this first..........
We're showing the Production "Camaro Synergy Special Edition" at NAIAS and it will appear at select shows later this winter and early spring.
From Scott: "...I can assure you that the pictures do not quite do the color justice -- in my opinion, this color is stunning! -- the color accents all of the body lines of the Camaro....and I believe this will be a defining color on the 5th gen when we look back 20 years from now......"
Feel free to share with your fellow enthusiasts, club members, and web-friends!

Not my taste. Personally I like the V8 rumble/roar even if the V6 can make the same power with better MPG. I dont like those wheels or ground effects at all. The distance of the bottom of the car to the roof already seems too tall. The ground effects make it appear bigger.
I can see the appeal of the turbo V6 though.

Actually it is quite striking in person.
Maybe not everyone's taste but as much a statement today as it was when it first graced a new Camaro years back.
Personally, competition grey painted wheels and white Z/28 stripes would really do the do with this color, IMO.
One of my dear friends from the "old days" bought a brand Rally Green SS 396, drove it straight from the dealer to his garage and installed a well massage 427 in place of the 396, and commenced to make mucho dinero off road as well as on.

The Z/28 I bought in '69 was Rallye Green with black stripes, most Rallye Green cars back then had white stripes, but I liked the black ones better on it. Maybe one of these days they will decide to both build a new Z/28 and to make it available in Synergy Green (that's what I'm holding out for).

I'll make a note of that.
