I'am 6'4 and I fit into the new Camaro! Yes. At first I thought I was going to have some headroom issues, but I found out somebody had the seat jacked way up.

I'll be updating through out the weekend. If anybody wants to see something upclose and in detail, let me know and I try to get some pics.

Thanks for the pics! I really wish I could be there this weekend...

Is the accent interior going to be available in more than just orange? I don't really like the orange, but I think it could be good in other colors.

That trunk opening is really small. I have to admit that I find it more than a bit disappointing.

I hope that's not a production opening! That's awful!

Nice pics. 01/02/2006? Man that's a long time to keep these secret.

Agreed on the orange. Id take the accents in a glossy black.

How many bodies do we figure the trunk can hold?

It seems the engine sits back in this car too. What is that black plastic strip it sits under at the back? Can the engine come out from the top?

None! You can't get them through the little opening. Unless you dismember them.

they should have put some digital gauges in the car, those they have in there don't look like they will relay much information at all.

The HVAC controls are killing me along with the stereo. ......uuu hhhhhhhhhhhh looks cheap. Don't know how you can change out the stereo on this model..... other than that the car looks pretty good. I knew when the concept came out and I saw that center HVAC/radio setup I probably wasn't going to like it in the end....

agreed... thats the first thing that has made me sit back and say wow, that is truly a disappointment... Its not really something that can "grow" on me either...

one thing that i was wondering, where are the locks on the doors. I know the button is on the dash, but are they slider things like on 4th gens or the rod thing that is at the top of doors or what? idk what made me wonder that, but just something little...

one other thing, how does the dash feel? How plasticy is it? Its not leather wrapped im sure, but how to the accent pieces feel? do they feel "tacked on" or anything?

I've got tons of updates to do, when I get a chance. Just made it home and its been a really long day.....Been up since 6:am.
Plus I have been really PI**ED off all day long. Woke up this morning at the Holiday Inn to get in my car to go to the track for the lap. And the first thing I notice was someone ripped off the exhaust tips off of my car in the middle of the night. I HATE F****** THIEFS! I didn't have time to report it or anything because I had to be at the track and I was already running late. We got in late Saturday night and got up early Sunday. So there was only a few hours of opportunity, but the thief bastards got the job done. What a bunch of low lifes, going around looking for something to take off of somebody else's car, honest people that works there a**es off to try and have something nice and take care of stuff always are the ones that get hit.

Sorry for the rant.....I had to vent before going to bed.
