Full Camaro prices including dealer installed accesories

Not sure if everyone saw this or not. This was memo was released yesterday for dealers. This memo includes all of the Camaro pricing, including the dealer installed accesories!

In conjunction with the 2010 Camaro Early Ordering Activity, Chevrolet is pleased to announce the manufacturer’s suggested retail price for 2010 Camaro Coupe.

The 2010 Camaro LS featuring the powerful and efficient 3.6L DI VVT V6 engine has a starting MSRP of $22,995, including a $750 destination charge. The starting MSRP for the 6.2L V8 engine equipped 1SS model is $30,995, including $750 destination charge. Tax, title, license and optional equipment are extra.

Complete model and pricing information is available to download through GM Global Connect’s normal GM pricing portals.

When you compare the style, features, technology, safety, refinement and performance of the new Camaro against the current competition, you will agree the Camaro is a great value in the marketplace.

wheres the exhaust system at? and intake and headers and interior trim and accent pieces. wheres the subwoofer and car cover?

The car cover is on there:

VRB Red/Black Car Cover $360

Looks like it's just "accessories" and not "performance parts."

I'm sorry but the optional 21" wheels are just hideous.

I think the only dealer option I'd consider purchasing is the Hurst shifter.

For those prices, I think I'll go aftermarket. I'm pretty sure I can get a shifter for under $400.

EDIT: From the Hurst website...direct bolt on, 30% throw reduction...$178

Same with the car cover...a satin stretch Cover King car cover can be purchased for around $200, not the $360 GM wants. This is probably where they are going to try and make some money and overcharge the customers!

Yep. Back in '01 a Hurst on my Formula was about $300 if ordered on the car, I got one for $150 and put it in myself.
