Don't know what to make of this. Seems kinda strange GM would open up to some employees kid but who knows. Just thought I would share. It all sounds nice though.

In the room where they makes the clay models of the vehicles before they assemble parts, you will not belive what i saw. there is a clay model of a new concept for 2010. A ***ing Trans-Am!
It's a nice story, true or not.

You have got to be kidding me. At least to me, it sounds like complete fiction. I am not even going to waste the time picking apart all the parts that sound like B.S.

The concept rolls out yesterday, but he is on a order list including specific colors and options? Yeah, ok.

But in the nature of that post I will write the following:

I gosta gets me on dat waitin list for 1 of dem huggar orange ones wit dat LS2 and temec Yo! Dat **** is ******* awesum

The only part he forgot was that all GM cars would have the new Flux Capacitor drive starting in 2010!

Re: Check this out! Post from fbody.com

Well, let's count the grains of truth:

There is a plant in Oshawa. It has been mentioned (mostly by the CAW) as a possible site for Camaro production.

There was talk at one point way back when of doing a Monte off of the intermediate-wheelbase Zeta (the same size the '08 GTO was then said to be based on -- Camaro getting the short wheelbase).

I am willing to believe someone told him the bit about Quebec's separatist bid being behind the plant closing. I'm not willing to believe it's the reason, but I'm willing to believe that somebody in a GM plant said it to him.

I'm willing to believe that his mom told him he was on a "waiting list". No such list exists, of course, except maybe in an individual dealer's fevered imagination.

The rest... not so much.
