Camaro pics from LA show

Re: Camaro pics from LA show
I just scrolled through these pics for a 2nd time... they are REALLY helping me warm up to the car.
My biggest hangup is still the grille area... but it does look better in these shots to me.
I really like the rear end... I like the deep sculptured lines of the lower parts of the sides.
Still seems a bit "long and flat" to me though... the whole "So-Cal low-rider" thing again....
Overall, it's slowly moving up my "how-much-do-I-like-it" meter....

Some of the more wild GM concept cars that have made production look almost identical to their concepts:

The grill is the least of our worries. Aftermarket will take care of that. The taillights are the only thing that has not convinced me. Looks like the back of a acura integra. Other than that i love it more every time I look at it.

Holy crap that looks hot in red. I was at the unveiling in Detroit, and the silver car looks MEAN in person.
I think I like the red better based on the pics (not really a surprise, as silver is not my favorite color). I wish the red one had been onhand in Detroit along with the silver.
Thanks for posting them all!!

I like the long, low and wide look. In fact, now that I think about it, that is why I see so much 3rd gen in the car. It hunkers down, the same way I picture my 91. Also, I agree the red looks much better than the silver. Silver may show the details more, but red makes the car look alive, not so sterile and "out there". I think the proof is how the red pictures have started to at least picque the interest of people who were not impressed by the silver car.
