"Guaranteed"? Not sure what you mean by that.

The ground effects package is a dealer-installed item. I don't know why they wouldn't sell it to someone who orders an SS.

Does your friend have a reason why he thinks it's not possible, or is he just making an unsupported claim?

I wonder if they'll have different front end pieces, due to the facias being slightly different.

This is what I'd order if I wasn't waiting for more info on a possible Z/28.

https://www.camaroz28.com/camarobuil...BA&WRS-SS&AFM&

Only things I couldn't add are orange rally stripes and orange door/dash panels. I would've added the inferno orange interior, but I don't want orange seats. I wanted black leather with orange stitching but I'll make do. The builder is kickass! Thanks fella's for putting it together!

I'll more than likely be picking up a used LS3 Vette, used Z06, or used 911 though.

No Z28? I'll pass...

I just could not justify spending near 8,000 more for options that i personally dont need.. Bun warmers, heated mirrors, and leather seats

This is what i ordered this evening at the local dealership, put 1000.00 up front to order it.

Turbo V8 LS in the future?????

Also, as Jason suggested, I suspect that the 21" wheels are extremely high quality pieces.
I doubt that. Its the dealership, of course its expensive. the chevy trucks with 20" package is pricey and those wheels arent anything special. save the money, buy an aftermarket set, but be prepared, 21s are so uncommon tire prices are $$$ 380ish per tire for the bmw 760li that has 21s on it, and VERY limited choices

Only one problem I have with ordering mine. I want the hockey stripe but dont want the hood stripe. Im not paying $500.00 for just the hocky stripe. When I do order hopefully can talk the dealer into just letting the hockey stripe go for less than that.

Or just purchase aftermarket decals on ebay, and having someone install them for you if your not capable.

stripe packages are swappable. so you can get the hockey stripes WITHOUT the single hood stripe.
