I can't believe that gm could be so financially stupid not to design a z28 trim for the 5th gen camaro. seriously. probobly more that a quarter of your 5th gen camaro sales have been from camaro enthusiasts or collectors. wouldn't that have made them at least a few million bucks richer? please enlighten me with what you know fellow poster people. yes that's you.

Just think about it. If GM was such a enlighten auto company, why are they in bankruptcy?? All they did was tell the American auto buyer, buy trucks and more trucks. Reason the profit margin on those beasts was huge. If you bought a truck with really no use for it, you are the blame.

The Z/28 has already been developed, but because GM took bailout money and then went bankrupt, they wouldn't really look too good putting out a 550+ HP muscle car. That's why they haven't released it.

Bumblebee in Transformers is the Z/28 from what I understand. Looks great! Also in the movie is the new concept Corvette, from what I understand.

If you go the chevrolet camaro website, in the behind the scenes in the transformers movie, they say that in the new transformers 2 movie they used the "new z28 hood". Also the Corvette in transformers 2 is the 2012 corvette stingray concept.
