We talked about those in the past couple of Podcasts. I wonder if those same dealerships are the ones telling people they they cannot order a V8 or are turning orders down because they would rather get the markup on eBay. Fools and their money.

I saw someone selling a PDF of Camaro information for $20...emailed. Those same PDFs are here on this site for free. Oh well, it is not like we never saw this coming.

Yeah, when the concept came out they were auctioning the first camaros in 06. Scott said it was a illegal for GM to intervene. I went through Ebays policy and let EBAy know there were no legit camaros with a year newer than 02. So they were fraudulent in using the concept as a pic. Some used chops. Also they were selling a place in line which is against Ebay policy as Ebay deals in products not services. On top of all that, if I remember correctly you are supposed to receive your item within months of the winning bid. Theres more than one way to skin a cat

But I was disgusted that they were selling something that they didnt even know what it would be. They were telling you that you could order whatever you want and be first in line when they had no idea if you ordered a Z28 that their first car wouldnt be a V6. It smacked of outright fraud to me. Now its a little different. We have info and if someone wants to pay 5G over MSRP God bless em...

Why is it my dealership is saying they can only order 5 camaros at the moment and I am number 7 on the list. I'm ready to order my camaro

Probably because they only have an initial allocation of 5. So anything over that will not be made available to the dealer until the next allocation or production ramps up. Find another dealer. Quick.

The problem is the dealership I planned on going through I'm almost 100% sure I can my Camaro at dealer cost. This is the second vehicle I'll be purchasing through them. I ended up getting the first at dealer cost... Man I may have to take the loss and go to another dealer
