Front licence plate ?
In CA will it be necessary to have a front licence plate ? What a way to ruin the looks from the front.

Some jurisdictions require the usage of a front license plate. It varies from state to state and province to province. Example, in California and British Columbia, it is illegal to not have a front license plate and you can and will be fined. However, in Alberta, Saskatchewan and other provinces and states, there is no requirement for one.

I am pretty sure (in my area at least) if you don't do anything to draw undue attention to yourself, a missing front plate is the least of the officers worries.
Besides, the should leave me the #*$) alone and pull over all these illegals with their fake/unregistered out of state tags (not to mention lack of insurance OR licenses) if they want to accomplish something good.
Take a drive downtown a couple miles from where I live and you'd swear you were in Pennsylvania (with some Wisconsin, Virginia and others thrown in for good measure).

I've had my mustang for over a year now and never gotten pulled over for not having a front license plate. The car looks new, so cops just think I must have bought it and leave it alone.

Im glad to see it coming back but it kinda sucks cause their making another V6 so that means everyyyyyyyone will have one. i think they should've made it like the challenger and made only v8's in my opinion. But money talks more than the appreciation of a muscle car especially since they didnt down grade the camaro's in the 60's....................eh what can ya do!!!!

I am not sure what this has to do with the 2010 Camaro FAQ, but since it will be outdated in a few days...
That cannot be a bad thing. Products survive when not only a lot are made, but when a lot are purchased. The more people have them, the better it is for everyone. More cars sold = continued production in the future = better and more profitable aftermarket = more people enjoying their cars. Car companies don't want only sell a few cars. They want to make money by selling a lot of cars and right now, they need all the help they can get.

This is a state-specific rule. California requires them on all cars, and Camaro will be no exception. Of course, you're welcome to not have one and just pay the tickets, if that seems worthwhile to you (although I can't say they wouldn't send you to jail or suspend your license or something if you did it a bunch of times).
