"CANCELLED: PEORIA -- NO VEHICLE AVAILABLE"
This is thouroughly disappointing... everyone keeps talking about how you have to see the car in person to really appreciate it, and I can't get a chance to see it in person.
Oh Well... maybe next year if there are any sitting on local dealership lots.

Man I can't believe this!!! I was so excited to finally see and in my home town no less! I went looking for it today while we set up our Nissan section of the show and could not find it. I was just hoping they were going to sneak it in later. We do get the Nomad concept as a consolation prize I guess. Man that sucks.
WHY was it cancled???

I can't answer specifically why, but the initial schedule had the vert in Denver. The vert got pulled for some other GM business, so Peoria lost the red car. It was sent to Denver.
Scott realizes things like this can be very disappointing, but unfortunately, its just the nature of the beast.
The other option is simply not post a schedule at all.

Not in Colorado Springs!!!!!
They are having the Colorado Springs Auto Show this weekend. Today the CS Gazette newspaper ad for it showed a 2009 silver Camaro coupe. I called the paper and asked, "Is the Camaro really going to be there?"
They said, "No it's a just a picture of a car we used." I told them to be careful or they would have a lot of pissed off car enthuiasts wanting their $10 back!!!
Newspapers are so full of SH^t.

Scott, We have plenty of sunshine here in S. Fla for the convert to stop on by. I haven't seen the convert down here....The only one was the red one last year in Miami. Would be nice to see the vert on display.

I'm absolutely giddy about the vert coming to knoxville this weekend. I've been checking every day to make sure the schedule hasn't changed. A big to Chevy for bringing the current headliner to a city accessable by some of the more rural areas (SWVA and upper east TN). On a side note, there are groups of non-camaro fans going down from my hometown primarily just to see this car.
