The spoiler I believe is available to order now if I remember correctly. I was on one of the GM parts websites gmpartsdirect.com or something and that it was avaliable, though I may be wrong. The spoiler I believe also has the brake lights incorporated into them from the spec and photos from the 2010 Synergy Series the was revealed at SEMA this year. Jason I think would be able to confirm that.

i saw one at the camaro fall classic at summit. it was the only production style in existance. i like the dale jr spoiler better than the production one. i dont liek the integrated brake light.

yeah but as long as your regular brake lights work, how many do you need? the 3rd brake light was just made for those people who dont like replacing their bulbs on the regular brake lights. just 1 more bulb you get to use before having to buy new ones. lol

i dont think so. how would they know the difference of a 1985 abd a 1986? i know theres a huge difference between a 86 and a 2010, but...i dont think you can get in trouble. plus, if you did get the spoiler with it not integrated in, you technically still have a 3rd brake light in the rear glass. the one one the spoielr from gm would be the 4th brake light.
